Program Description

The Auto Body Program will acquaint students with the materials, tools, equipment, and procedures commonly used in the auto collision repair industry to refurnish modern vehicles. Emphasis will be placed on working safely in a refinishing facility and in gaining the entry level skills in vehicle surface preparation, masking, painting, jambs, refinishing and detailing using the most recent techniques and materials necessary to successfully work in a refinishing facility today.

It is possible for high school students to get a major portion of their training completed while in high school. High school credit is available for all classes. The amount of high school credit is based on the class and number of hours attended.
