How Custom Fit Works

As an employer, you meet with our Custom Fit Training director to discuss the direction you are taking your business, and the nature of the most significant challenges you presently face. From that discussion, you develop your unique training plan and initiate a Custom Fit Training Agreement. Custom Fit funding is available to help with the cost of assessments, curriculum development, instruction, books, and training supplies.

What We Need From You

  1. A strong desire to learn, and to grow your business.
  2. A contribution toward the cost.
While your typical cash contribution will be 50% of the approved training budget, your investment goes far beyond the cash component for workforce training. It’s an investment in the future of your employees. You will invest in your employees by providing growth and promotion opportunities with the associated economic benefits for those who take advantage of enhanced skill development classes. And the dividends to your company will far outweigh your initial investment.
