Funding Available

Federal Financial Aid: The program is primarily designed to guarantee low and middle-income students who are eligible for aid, to have access to a college education. Federal Pell Grants are intended to be "base funding" for which all other aid eligibility is determined. A student may qualify for other financial aid, even if they do not qualify for a Pell Grant. Only the following programs are eligible for Federal Financial Aid funding: Auto Body, Diesel Technology, Drafting, Medical Assisting, Office Technology and Pharmacy Technician. To apply for federal funding, students must fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid at www.fafsa.ed.gov.

Agency Sponsors: We also have excellent working relationships with several state and federal agencies. If you already qualify for services with these agencies you may also qualify for financial assistance for your DXATC courses. Questions regarding qualification should be directed to the sponsoring agency. The agencies are:
• Bureau of Indian Affairs, Paiute Indian Tribe of Utah
Department of Workforce Services
• Deseret Industries
Utah Department of Rehabilitation Services
